Down in sunny St. George, UT, Zwick Construction’s @Home Best Western Hotel project has seen some exciting progress, especially over the last few weeks.

About this time three years ago, a Zwick Construction team delivered a remodel project within the Intermountain Health Southwest Orthopedic Urgent Care Clinic at the St. George Regional Hospital.

Last month, Zwick Construction and a client signed a construction contract for the new Pioneer Retail Center in St. George, UT.

In June, construction officially began on the GEM Apartments community in West Jordan, UT.

What better way to become acquainted with the new Zwick Yard than an introductory barbecue?

During the last week of June, Homeland Storage in Heber City, UT received its final Certificate of Occupancy and welcomed new renters. A Zwick Construction project, Homeland Storage is the second project completed for a repeat client.

May 9th was an important day for The Children’s Center Utah. Their team, along with representatives from MHTN Architects, Intermountain Health, Gardner Group, Zwick Construction, the state of Utah, and other notable organizations gathered for the groundbreaking ceremony of the new facility in Lehi, UT, adjacent to the Primary Children’s Hospital.

Over the past many years, Zwick Construction has returned several times to the Holladay Community Garden to build planter boxes, clean up the area, and assist growing efforts.
