Making Notable Progress in Fremont

Toward the beginning of February, the Warm Springs III team made some significant progress through an all-day concrete pour. Spread over ten hours, their trade partners poured 2,100 cubic yards of concrete and installed 980,000 pounds of rebar steel for the parking garage structure. Congratulations on this impressive feat.

The third phase of Warm Springs, this most recent building will include 720,000 SF of studio, one-bedroom, and two bedroom units, parking garage, and amenity space. The building will be located within the Warm Springs community, which features park and open spaces along with other high-end amenities.
