Trade Partner Highlight: Sheehan Construction

Hailing from the beautiful Bay Area of northern California, Sheehan Construction has been a valuable partner on our Warm Springs III project—a framing firm that the Zwick project team can’t speak highly enough about.

As Superintendent/Project Engineer Raul Renteria explained, “The bar is set high when the Sheehan team is on site. Their attention and detail is above average. For example, when they cut holes, there’s somebody right behind to clean up–ensuring the space is always in presentable conditions. They leave the units impeccable and set a standard for the rest of the trades that come behind them. There’s no question that this has made the difference on site.”
Although our relationship with Sheehan is relatively new, the company has been building and maintaining relationships in the area for much longer. Sheehan was formed in October 1998. It started simply with two employees, one truck, and four houses. Quite rapidly, the company grew to become one of the largest framing firms in the Bay Area. Today, Sheehan boasts over 400 employees and has historically reached over 800 at times.
Although Sheehan began as a residential framing company, it now specializes in commercial framing for large apartment complexes.
As Steve Mosiman, President of Sheehan Construction explained, “We are proud of our company and the [individuals] that make it happen, and we are excited to be a part of Zwick’s project in Fremont.”
Likewise, we value our relationship with Sheehan and look forward to future partnerships.
