In a ribbon-cutting ceremony held in mid-March, the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and School worshipers, staff, and students expressed gratitude for the new Taylorsville, UT addition to their school, built by Zwick Construction.

In late March, several of our St. George personnel attended Utah Tech’s fundraiser event, the Fire and Ice Gala–geared at fundraising to provide scholarships for students. This year, the event broke a record for the most support collected, including some generous donations by Zwick employees.

Zwick was honored to take part in Utah Tech University’s groundbreaking ceremony for the McDonald Building remodel and expansion project. This meaningful event celebrated the expansion of both a building and the arts department at the university.

Around this time 40 years ago, Zwick Construction turned over Foothill Village, a 280,000 SF retail center in Salt Lake City, UT. Fast-forward to the present, Zwick returned to that same project to complete a large-scale remodel, aimed at modernizing the mall and reinforcing the structure.

Toward the beginning of February, the Warm Springs III team made some significant progress through an all-day concrete pour.

Looking back to late last year, a Zwick Construction team turned over an impressive financial institution, Chartway Credit Union, in Cedar City, UT.

As we welcome in a new year, we can look back on 2025 and see a year full of opportunities and challenges.

Throughout the month of December, both our Utah and California personnel gathered to celebrate the holidays with a dinner and luncheon.

With West Village underway, we’d like to highlight a trade partner both on that project and many others throughout the years—including Zwick’s first office on Main Street—Shamrock Plumbing.
