In 2026, St. George City greeted a new shopping center to the community–Pioneer Retail.

To remediate a decaying existing pool building, the owners hired Zwick Construction and MHTN Architects to redevelop the space, turning it into eight pickleball courts and one tennis court.

On August 21st, our Salt Lake City Office hosted a subcontractor, supplier, and trade partner appreciation event.

On a warm, sunny morning in July, a St. George-based Zwick team participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the upcoming ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Hotel.

In mid-July, Zwick was invited to participate in the new Chartway Credit Union Herriman ribbon-cutting ceremony–a project we delivered earlier in the month.
