Looking back to late last year, a Zwick Construction team turned over an impressive financial institution, Chartway Credit Union, in Cedar City, UT. This 2,400 SF project represents countless hours of work and dedication from many individuals based out of St. George and Salt Lake City. The project was completed in mid-September.

This Cedar City branch features four offices, teller counters, a breakroom, and vault. Uniquely, this project also features an “ITM” (Interactive Teller Machine), a sophisticated kiosk that blends ATM convenience with the personal service of a live banker via video chat. Each aspect of the building highlights Chartway’s iconic blue and plays on the logo.
Working toward the turnover date of this project, the team faced various challenges throughout construction, including meeting city requirements with replacing the surrounding sidewalks. The team had their work cut out for a smooth delivery. Even still, they consistently came up with solutions to each challenge that arose, turning over a beautiful project.
Since then, Zwick has been invited to build an additional Chartway Credit Union location in Herriman, UT, which project is well underway. Congratulations to the entire team on turning over the Chartway Credit Union project.
