Value Engineering
Through a process called Value Engineering (VE), Zwick reviews the drawings early-on and identifies potential savings. Each option is evaluated from several advantages, including the cost and schedule. Ideal options and areas of potential savings are presented to the owner for evaluation and possible selection.
Constructability
Reviews
We get involved early in the process to evaluate the drawings and provide critical feedback on the constructability of the building. This allows us to provide accurate and creative solutions, in a highly-collaborative process which will provide you with information to make the best decisions.
