This unique project involved the structural reinforcement of an existing parking lot, the addition of a steel-roofing system, and a new, non-structural envelope.

 

Located in downtown Salt Lake City, the 90-stall parking structure serves the guests of the newly-renovated Holiday Inn. There is a covered walkway on the second level that connects to the hotel core, providing guests with easy access to the elevators.
