Zwick delivered the design-build contract for the Salt Lake Tennis Club expansion. The new owner sought to improve guests’ experience by modernizing and expanding the existing facility. Founded in 1912, the Salt Lake Tennis Club is the oldest tennis club in Utah and features 16 hard courts and two classic clay courts. Six courts are permanent indoor courts and five are seasonal, via the large bubble. 

Over 100 years later, Zwick completed an expansion that included a 28,000 SF, two-story block and steel structure to accommodate cardio, weight, and yoga instruction areas. It also features an indoor basketball court and shelled space for new locker rooms. 

Site work included regrading and replacing the surface parking lot, then adding a new pedestrian walkway, new lighting, and landscaping.
