This resort project consists of five garden-style structures, with a surface parking lot and amenities. There are 159 high-end units, with multiple bedrooms and full-sized kitchens. 

The scope include complete site development, a clubhouse, maintenance facility, pool, Jacuzzis, and other amenities.
