Located strategically close to the local university and many national and state parks, this four-story hotel features 92 guest rooms of varying size, including some executive suites. The ground floor also has a pool/spa, fitness room, community room/lobby, laundry, storage, and employee breakroom.

During the preconstruction phase, our team worked closely with the owner and architect to bring the project to the desired budget and schedule. Both the preconstruction team and operations team worked hand-in-hand to set the project up for success at groundbreaking in early 2025.
