Located strategically close to the local hospital and many national and state parks, this four-story hotel will feature around 80 guest rooms of varying size, including some executive suites. The ground floor will also have a pool/spa, fitness room, community room/lobby, laundry, storage, and employee breakroom.

During the preconstruction phase, our team worked closely with the owner and architect to bring the project to the desired budget and schedule. Both the preconstruction team and operations team worked hand-in-hand to set the project up for success at groundbreaking in early 2025.
