This four-story, boutique hotel anchors a redevelopment project in the heart of St. George, UT. It complements an adjacent 110-unit apartment building and street-level retail space.

The Advenire Hotel is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, a chain which is comprised of unique, boutique, and locally-inspired hotels. The interior design of the Advenire Hotel has been described as “pioneer chic,” taking inspiration from the dwellings and lifestyle of southern Utah’s early western settlers.

In the nearly 40,000 SF space, the hotel has 60 rooms, each uniquely decorated. The top floor of the building has an outdoor guest terrace with a large hot tub and two private cabanas. It also features a lobby, bar, restaurant, and fitness room. Only the highest quality finishes were used throughout the project.
