OWNER: Ruby's Inn

Zwick Construction was contracted during the preconstruction phase of this facility to help the owner and design team meet their objectives and bring the design into budget. This new building serves the housing needs of several dozen employees of Ruby’s Inn, adjacent to Bryce Canyon National Park. The construction process was complicated by the severe winter conditions and remote location. Notwithstanding, Zwick delivered it on budget and on schedule.

The structure is built three stories on-grade and is wood framed. Amenities include a laundry facility and meeting space.
