This contract included demolition, renovation, seismic retrofit, and new tenant improvement for a call center within an existing four-story office building in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. The scope also included installing new mechanical, electrical, and communication systems throughout, including UPS and redundant power supply for this call center.
 

The contract also included the replacement of the existing roof system and a new two-level, post-tension concrete parking structure and a refresh of an existing parking structure across the street. This entire contract was completed in ten months.
