This new suite serves as the outpatient surgery facility for the Utah Fertility Center in Pleasant Grove, UT. It features multiple exam rooms, an operation, pre/post operation rooms, a cleanroom, offices, nurse stations, and an embryology lab. The styling is described as “resimercial” (residential-commercial) and features unique textures, artwork, and colors throughout.

The existing space was originally fashioned for retail space and the previous owners retained little information regarding plumbing systems, above-ceiling runs, and overall building structure. This required the team to work closely and creatively to install the MEP systems and ducts. 

The project was completed in March 2022.
