The Eagle Gate Apartments are located across the street from Temple Square, the most famous attraction in Salt Lake. Over the years since it was built, wear and tear required some parts of the building to be remodeled. Zwick Construction took over the project from another contractor halfway through.

The project required the remodeling of the amenity spaces: the gym, pool, leasing offices, lobbies, and courtyard.

Since the majority of the remodels did not take place in the apartments themselves, residents still occupied the building. Zwick had to be mindful of those residents and ensure that they could maintain access to those areas.
