This project consisted of a 24,000 SF addition to the already existing Warner Truck Center warehouse space. Zwick coordinated with the company’s operations personnel to maintain continuous access and functionality to their existing building. 
 

The building construction type is tilt-panels with structural steel columns, joists, and decking. There is an office component with corresponding finishes, including restrooms, an entrance, and a lobby.
