This new facility was designed, permitted, and built in less than nine months, requiring constant communication between the project team of Zwick, Walbridge, and FFKR. The entire steel structure sits on an over-engineered concrete slab, allowing flexible configurations for the owner’s equipment, and future growth. This new facility connects to an existing structure on two floors, and is the center of a multi-building campus for this owner.

There are three mezzanine areas including a large employee breakroom, accessed from the second level of the existing structure, overlooking the production area. There are large employee restrooms located just off the production area.

The scope included a complex MEP system. The site work included the addition of a new 350-stall surface parking lot, with drainage, lighting, and landscaping.
