Currently under construction, the Lewis Landing Industrial Park will feature two-85,000 SF warehouses. Teams have already delivered phase one of the project, which includes the first building and the tenant improvement projects within the building for two clients. 

A tilt-up concrete method, the panels are 40’-tall, yielding 32’ interior clear. This project is built in a new development, requiring new infrastructure and utilities, including a new lane on the heavily-trafficked 2100 North side and a ten-foot retaining wall. Construction required significant coordination with UDOT and the City of Lehi. 

Lewis Landing represents one of many projects that Zwick Construction is currently working on for the owner in addition to others we have already delivered. 

Phase one of Lewis Landing Industrial Park was delivered in 13 months.
