This expansion and remodel contract included the addition of over 24,000 SF of space to allow for a three-bay service area and new parts department. It also included remodeling the showroom, sales offices, and customer service area.

The entire project was conducted while keeping the dealership open for business. Zwick coordinated the weekly construction schedule with the on-site personnel to reduce the effects of construction on the ongoing sales and service functions of the dealership.
