Zwick’s Tenant Improvement and Special Projects Division completed this nearly 3,000 SF Chicken Salad Chick in Pleasant Grove, UT, delivering a vibrant, full-service restaurant with southern-inspired design.

Faced with a grand opening scheduled two months earlier than planned, the team accelerated the timeline through creative problem-solving, rapid trade coordination, and self-performing key work—successfully opening in June 2026 to an enthusiastic crowd.​
