This facility provides daycare for the children of Utah Valley University (UVU) students and staff. The 14,000 SF, two-level structure was constructed of brick and steel. The contract included full site work hardscaping and landscaping, including a play area for children that is secured with a perimeter brick wall. The design inside the building utilizes many windows of different heights to bring ambient light into the core.

Zwick’s role was construction manager/general contractor in delivering this successful public project.
