Designed to tie-in to the existing business building, the Southern Utah University Business Building West Addition features several classrooms, program, study rooms, sales center, common spaces, and faculty offices. The two buildings are connected through a skybridge.

Working on a busy campus required constant coordination with the team and Southern Utah University. Our team put strict safety plans in place to ensure that everyone was kept safe throughout construction, even with the project bordering a heavily-trafficked road and sidewalk.

This project began with an intensive preconstruction and bidding process where the team identified qualified and economical trade partners to hire onto the project.

 

The University held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in April 2026.
