The RinRose will be a mixed-use complex that contains 100 apartment units along with 4,500 SF of ground-level retail space.

The housing units are built on four levels of Type VA wood frame, with a Type IA ground floor above two levels of underground parking.

Residents will have access to amenities such as courtyard spaces, rooftop decks, communal lounge and co-working areas, a gym, and a pet patio.

The building is designed with to match the mood of the surrounding historic Route 66 neighborhood.
