This project is located in the Salt Lake City community of Sugarhouse and was completed in October 2018.


This new apartment development required the demolition of four structures prior to construction. The project was built up to the property limits on all four sides, and is on one of Salt Lake City’s busiest boulevards, requiring just-in-time coordination for deliveries and staging. This 126-unit building has 136 parking stalls in the podium. The podium is one level at-grade, and one level below-grade. 


There are four floors above the podium, which are wood-framed. The exterior is comprised of brick masonry and metal paneling. The podium features board-formed concrete.
