The 100-acre parcel will also welcome a nationally-branded grocery store, a full-service medical clinic by a leading healthcare system, several places of worship, and other services.

Zwick has completed residential buildings 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4, as well as the $36M medical facility.
