Completed in 2019, this 84-unit project was completed in an 18-month construction schedule. The complex is located in downtown Salt Lake City on one of the city’s busiest boulevards.

 

This tight site is located adjacent to a large, historical structure and several businesses, requiring strict and constant coordination for all site deliveries, and a temporary pedestrian walkway to keep the busy sidewalks open for foot traffic during the construction schedule. Due to the small footprint, the construction required a temporary realignment of a six-lane, state roadway.
