This new 12,000 SF metal building will feature shop space, offices, a parts warehouse, and wash bays. The project will also include a bridge crane in the warehouse to help with efficiency. The entire JCB site reaches three acres.

Located in Salt Lake City, the current JCB dealership is no longer large enough to house the company, which is why the owners have decided to build this new facility. They anticipate moving into the space this summer.

This project with Peak JCB represents the third project Zwick Construction completed for the owners over the years.
