The Core Value Award is Zwick Construction’s most prestigious award and was given to Trase Watson from the St. George Office.

Each year, Zwick Construction has a BBQ for all employees. Due to COVID-precautions, this year we had a virtual party.

On August 5th, Salt Lake City Fire Station No. 14, built by Zwick Construction, received the most respected construction award in the US.

Zwick Construction was hired in June 2019 to build-out the lower level where the posts were placed.

The Harris Building is a hub for student athletes attending Southern Utah University, a university in St. George, UT.

Just one of many other projects completed by Zwick for SUU, the Hunter Building project required the removal and replacement of doors.

In 2016, Zwick was hired again by the owner to remodel and build-out the space.

The Dixie Technical College was built on the former St. George Regional Airport. At its construction, some parts of the runway remained.

One of the most foundational and famous aspects of Zwick Construction is the award-winning Preconstruction Department.
