At Zwick Construction we have talented, hardworking project administrators (PAs) who work behind the scenes to help us deliver great projects. Their work is invaluable to the construction process.
PAs are involved from the very beginning of a project, starting with setting budgets and helping with contracts. They assist in billings and change orders, collect signatures for change orders, create waivers, attend OAC meetings, and more. They manage HUD projects and certified payroll. Ultimately, PAs support the project managers throughout the construction process. Another major part of their work is building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors on each project.
PAs have to be very organized and be able to multitask, pivoting from project to project. In fact, most of our PAs work on three or four projects at a time.
