This project consisted of multiple structures and contracts at an existing retail development site. Zwick Construction built three shells and performed build out for several retail spaces, including contracts for Marshalls and Maurices. The structures are block and steel, with architectural features and retail store-front glass. The contract included some site improvement and tie-in on this multi-phased development. This contract is one of several completed for this retail developer and repeat client.
