Zwick Construction delivered the Asunción Paraguay Temple, following a 24-month shutdown for substantial remodeling and upgrades.
The temple is located near the center of Asunción in the Mariscal López neighborhood on the corner of Avenida España and Avenida Brasilia—a major city thoroughfare. Part of the temple grounds doubles as a meetinghouse. Zwick managed this project with teams of our on-site personnel, who lived in country for the duration of the contract.
The contract included the demolition of most interior finishes, down to structural elements. It also included a new roofing system, new landscaping, upgraded MEP, and the installation of new millwork and interior finishes.
