At its completion, the Summit County Landmark Facility will welcome thousands of visitors each year. Including a library, county office, the Department of Motor Vehicles, and other important county resources, the Summit County Landmark Facility will act as a major epicenter of activity.

Located within the former Skullcandy Building, this project includes demolishing the first and second stories, then replacing the area with these important offices.

 

Prior to construction, the Zwick team worked through a preconstruction process that allowed the owner to make even greater use of their space through cost-saving solutions.
