OWNER: Holladay City

This project is a remodel of the existing Holladay City Hall and Courthouse.  It includes some structural upgrades to ensure the building lasts years into the future. Even with active construction within the same building structure, the city is keeping the police station on the next wall over operation. City hall employees have temporarily moved into another space during construction.

Following an intensive preconstruction process, this project began in April 2026.

Months into construction, the team has faced various challenges with the unknowns in the existing, historical building. Through each challenge, the team has presented solutions to keep the project moving forward while also meeting the owner’s expectations for the final product.
