The Overton Power District provides electric service to northeast Clark County, NV. They hired Zwick Construction to complete a remodel and a 3,400 SF expansion of their property in Overton, NV. The remodel allowed for a larger breakroom, more offices, a patio, and a monitoring station with a generator back-up.

The particular nature of the remodel required both the re-routing of the fire suppression system, as well as a complete redesign of the roof to ensure the structural integrity of the building.

Even with major COVID-related setbacks, the team delivered the project in November 2020, six months after the project began.
