Banking on Our TI Division

The quality and beauty of the Chartway Credit Union in Herriman, UT is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of Zwick Construction’s Tenant Improvement and Special Projects Division, who completed this project.

This 2,400 SF credit union features four offices, a teller counter, breakroom, and vault. Uniquely, this project also features an “ITM” (Interactive Teller Machine), a sophisticated kiosk that blends ATM convenience with the personal service of a live banker via video chat. Each aspect of the building highlights Chartway’s iconic blue and plays on the logo.

As Chartway’s project director explained, “Zwick played a significant role in delivering the project ahead of schedule, which contributed to a strong outcome for the client. Their ability to manage field conditions and maintain progress was a key factor in that success.”

Earlier this year, Zwick delivered our first Chartway Credit Union project in Cedar City, UT, and that project led to this one. A solid relationship with the owner has resulted in additional work with this Chicago-based firm.
