As Zwick Construction’s Chief Operating Officer, Tom oversees and manages Zwick’s day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. His decades of experience offer him the skills to communicate effectively, train properly, and lead with success. 
 

Before coming to Zwick Construction, Tom worked with Lennar Multifamily Communities as the Senior Vice President of Construction–National Oversight for many years. His time there allows him insight into client operations. Combined with his years experience in construction, Tom is an advocate for effective building practices, problem-solving, and working partner relationships.

Tom is LEED-AP certified and has a contractors license in Arizona, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Washington.
