Eric Calder
VICE PRESIDENT, PRECONSTRUCTION
Eric has broad experience in providing Preconstruction Services for all commercial projects, from institutional to large multifamily developments. He has provided Preconstruction for more than 3,200 residential units. His knowledge base includes conceptual estimating, construction cost estimating, life cycle cost evaluation, constructability analysis, bid package writing, value design and value engineering, quantity surveys, and contract administration.
As Vice President of Preconstruction, he manages a staff of specialists who are highly-skilled at determining costs, calculating values, and presenting options. During the Preconstruction phase, owners and architects appreciate Eric’s concise and clear input, enabling informed decisions regarding cost, schedule, and methods.
Throughout his career, Eric has delivered projects of various sizes, including Lennar’s OceanAire Residential Apartments, the Cedar City Utah Temple, the Riverton Hospital, Summit Vista Senior Community, Blue Phoenix manufacturing facility, and more. Before coming to Zwick, Eric worked at Jacobsen Construction.
The second employee of Zwick Construction, Eric has helped to shape the company into what it is today. His expertise and knowledge are vast and extremely influential.
