Our St. George Office recently delivered a tenant improvement project at the St. George Courthouse, a unique project with a quick turnaround—Congratulations to the team!
The St. George Courthouse project began with teams demolishing the large, existing jury reception room, then remodeling the area to include two offices, a smaller reception room, and reception window. The additions match the design of the surrounding rooms.
Because the project was located on the secure side of the courthouse where judges and juries convene, the entire project team was screened prior to construction. They each passed a background check and had to wear a badge to signify their clearance.
Also due to the project’s location, the team had to be extremely mindful of their noise-levels, ensuring that court proceedings were not interrupted. To mitigate interruptions, many phases of construction were completed after hours. The team also worked constantly to implement dust control.
Even with an unusual schedule, the team delivered this 15,000 SF project on-time in five weeks. Thanks to the team for their hard work!
