As of March 30, 2020, the Riverton Professional Plaza will be open for patients. This 17,000 SF medical center was built by a Salt Lake Office Zwick Construction team. The owners were very pleased with the results of the project.
The Riverton Professional Plaza is a two-story building. The top floor is an OB-GYN clinic that includes a large waiting and reception area, exam rooms, medical assistant stations, conference rooms, a break room, offices, and support spaces. The main floor is shell space for three future tenants to use. Large windows on the exteriors of the structure provide natural light to patients in waiting rooms and reception areas.
The owners of the building, the Western Gynecological Obstetrical Clinic, originally worked in the Riverton Hospital, which is adjacent to this new facility. They decided to expand their practice from the hospital and build this clinic.
Although the entire building is complete, the Zwick team will be back later in Spring to install the landscaping.
