HURRICANE CITY POWER

HURRICANE, UT: HURRICANE CITY POWER OFFICE ADDITION

OWNER: Hurricane City Power

ARCHITECT: David Dixon

SIZE: 3,000 SF

Hurricane City Power Office added a new wing to the existing office and remodeled the existing interiors. The new space includes a conference room, administration office and reception area, public restrooms, and manager offices.

We removed an existing 500 gallon septic tank and installed a new 1,000 gallon tank. A diamond block retaining wall was installed on the south end of the new addition. We also located matching split-face block for the building exterior.

The owner self-financed the project and needed to maximize the value of their budget. Zwick was able to help Hurricane City Power through the process without incurring further expenses, and saved 20% in costs from the next-closest bidder.

We delivered the project two weeks early even though the project had owner-initiated change orders during the three month construction schedule. This expansion project will help with the growth that the city of Hurricane is expecting in the future.

Guided by our core values, Zwick Construction delivers impressive projects of all kinds in many industries.
