Park City Fire Station 33

Park City, UT: Park City Fire Station No. 33

OWNER: Park City Fire District

ARCHITECT: MHTN Architects

SIZE: 13,000 SF

The Park City Fire Station was constructed to meet the growing needs of the mountain community and three ski resorts it resides adjacent to. Due to the high-elevation of the project, the team worked to mitigate the effects of extreme Utah winters throughout construction. Our project management team identified site-specific threats to the project schedule, such as identifying temperature tolerances for normal activities, like caulking, sealing, asphalt, concrete flat work, and painting.

The fire station was delivered in 2013.

Guided by our core values, Zwick Construction delivers impressive projects of all kinds in many industries.
