The energy-efficient design of the facility and surrounding landscaping earned a LEED-GoldTM certification—the first of this building type in Utah.

Carl has managed some of Zwick’s largest and most difficult projects, including the Northwest Rec Center and Bud Bailey Apartments. Carl invests time and resources into understanding industry technology and management methods which will return success to the owner, architect and subcontractors.
