At Zwick Construction, we strive to build projects as sustainably as possible. Over the years, we have built many projects that have won LEED-accredited awards. We also encourage employees to become LEED-accredited; see some of them below.
OUR PERSPECTIVE ON SUSTAINABILITY
Carl has managed some of Zwick’s largest and most difficult projects, including the Northwest Rec Center and Bud Bailey Apartments. Carl invests time and resources into understanding industry technology and management methods which will return success to the owner, architect and subcontractors.
In addition to the many projects Tyler has completed with Zwick Construction, Tyler has also constructed complex, classified projects for the Federal Government, including the DC Metro Area Federal Office Building, and the 11-story, $435 million headquarters for the United States Coast Guard.
Jeffrey has been involved in all aspects of commercial construction, with experience in energy-efficient complexes. He is extremely organized and a good communicator, and can bring a wealth of value engineering experience to the project.
Jay has been a great asset to Zwick Construction and to the various projects he has worked on over the years. Jay is exceptionally passionate and knowledgeable about the field, having had worked on projects of many types.
