Trade Partner Highlight: Shamrock Plumbing

With West Village underway, we’d like to highlight a trade partner both on that project and many others throughout the years—including Zwick’s first office on Main Street—Shamrock Plumbing. With 30 years’ experience, Shamrock Plumbing offers a diversified range of plumbing services in the Intermountain West.

Since our founding, Zwick has partnered with Shamrock Plumbing on several projects including Sloane Apartments and West Village.

Del Tapusoa, the superintendent of Sloane Apartments, speaks highly of Shamrock Plumbing: “Everything about Shamrock Plumbing company glorifies our core values of absolute teamwork, integrity, and passion—from their office support team lead by Jason Haun and onsite foreman Jason Briscoe and his crew—they all were amazing.”

That reliability has served them well over the years. Kevin Flannery founded Shamrock Plumbing in 1980 with a used truck, one helper, and a clear vision to build a diverse, high-quality company known for its outstanding reputation. One of Kevin’s greatest strengths has been his ability to attract and retain exceptional people who helped bring that vision to life. Over the past years, ownership and leadership have successfully transitioned to his sons, Blake and Zak Flannery. While honoring their father’s principles, they are forging new partnerships and leaving their own mark on the company’s DNA—making the transition seamless.

By 2025, Shamrock employed more than 130 team members, generated over $30 million in revenue, and continued to foster a strong workplace culture. In fact, each of the individuals in the photo above have worked at Shamrock for over 20 years.
