Over the years, Zwick Construction has maintained a great relationship with AT&T. This February, the Salt Lake Zwick team delivered their seventh Tenant Improvement project for AT&T. Historically, Zwick has performed TIs from Springville, UT to North Ogden, UT. This specific project was completed for the Salt Lake City store.
The remodel, begun in mid-December, required a complete demolition of the space, a former ice cream store. New carpets, painting, lighting, fixtures, and furnishings were added to the space.
With such a short amount of time to complete the project, Zwick had to work fast. What should have taken around nine weeks turned into just six weeks with the hard work of the Project Manager. In addition to the challenge of the quick turnaround, the holidays complicated the schedule.
Even with setbacks, Zwick was able to deliver the project to AT&T on time. The owners were delighted with the results.
