Zwick Construction's Newest Project: Pioneer Retail Center

Last month, Zwick Construction and a client signed a construction contract for the new Pioneer Retail Center in St. George, UT. We’re excited to start working on this core and shell project in the coming days.
Pioneer Retail will include two buildings. The first, totaling 6,300 SF, will welcome a coffee restaurant and have two extra spaces for future tenants. The second, 7,300 SF, will welcome a Mexican restaurant and three future tenants. Each building will have a drive-through and ample parking spaces for visitors.
Currently, construction is scheduled to begin the second week of July and is expected to be completed on a 6.5-month timeline.
Prior to this point, Pioneer Retail underwent an intensive preconstruction process, led by our team.
