On June 6th, a project team officially began construction on the Lewis Landing Industrial Park.
At its completion, the 11-acre property will include a tilt-up warehouse with 45-foot tall panels. The 80,000 SF warehouse will be surrounded with ample parking for staff.
Lewis Landing represents one of many projects that Zwick Construction is currently working on for the owner, Gardner Company, in addition to others we have already delivered. We’re excited to be working on another great project with Gardner Company.
