A Salt Lake City Zwick Construction team just wrapped up this luxury, downtown apartment renovation in Salt Lake City, which included combining two large apartments into a single unit.
The design team specified a single-piece, 2,700-pound granite countertop in the kitchen that was so large, it wouldn’t fit in the elevator. Our team used a large mobile crane to hoist it to the seventh-story balcony, requiring the temporary removal of the balcony railings.
