CaptiveAire TI Delivered

In early October, a St. George Zwick Construction team delivered a new office suite to CaptiveAire Systems, a commercial kitchen ventilation company. This project not only represents a great opportunity for the St. George Office, but also a milestone for city of St. George—CaptiveAire is one of the first manufacturing companies to move into the area. We’re excited to take part in this monumental project.

The team began the project by demolishing the interior space in the 1970s-style building. In the months following, the open space was transformed into a large manufacturing floor, over twenty offices, a conference room, lounge, lobby, and showroom. The interior features glass walls, automatic sliding doors, epoxy floors, fully-enclosed restrooms, and more.

Consistent with their brand, CaptiveAire installed many of their own appliances for employee-use, like sub-zero fridges. The design also includes CaptiveAire-red accents and stainless steel appliances/finishes throughout.

The original contract only included the 10,000 SF office interior; however, the owners decided to expand the contract to include improvements to the asphalt parking lot, exterior stucco and paint, and roof.

Congratulations to the project team!
