Summit Vista Building 1.4 Turned Over

The project team at Summit Vista in Taylorsville, UT is excited to have turned over the long-awaited Building 1.4 in June. Teams originally broke ground on the building in 2020, but the project was put on hold due to COVID-related concerns. Our team resumed construction in 2022.

Building 1.4 features 105 luxury units (21 units per floor) with unique layouts and sizes. Each unit has a balcony. This building is connected to every other building at the community, giving residents quick access to a clubhouse, pool, restaurant, healthcare, and more. Residents also have underground parking.

Building 1.4 represents the fourth residential building that Zwick Construction and our JV partner have delivered at the community, in addition to the Meadow Peak Rehabilitation Center. We have consecutively been at the project since 2017.

With a community so large, the project team consistently plans and coordinates to ensure surrounding residents are safe and unaffected by construction activities.

As the superintendent explained, “Due to where the project is located in relation to the other buildings, we always have to be careful. It requires constant care and caution while building since residents are often outside walking their dog or enjoying the community.”

Congratulations to the project team on this exciting delivery! The team has also made great progress on Building 1.5 and Building 1.6.
