The Brookfield Apartments is a HUD project being completed by Zwick in Washington, UT (just outside St. George). At its completion, there will be ten buildings spanning over eight-acres. These buildings will provide housing in the 160-units. Each building will follow one of three designs.
In addition to the residential spaces, the complex will also have a clubhouse, poolhouse, and pool area.
The owner and Zwick Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony on June 4, 2020. The event included speeches from the owner and members of the project team. There were about 30 individuals in attendance.
