Construction is moving along smoothly at the Heber Self-Storage project located within minutes of downtown Heber City, UT. Our crews broke ground on the project in July.
At completion in summer 2024, this project will feature just under 700 storage units, totaling a 100,000 SF building. The property, which neighbors some homes and another storage facility, sits on 3.27 acres.
This project represents the first storage unit that Zwick Construction has built and the second partnership with this particular owner.
